Curriculum Overview

Semester One

Phase One: Mentors For Life
  1. God's Purpose For My Life

    You Have A Destiny! We begin by establishing a reason for living life and give a fresh look into your individuality.

  2. Goal Setting - Individual & Family

    Achievement Brings Success! Setting realistic short and long term goals helps the individual to see the big picture one piece at a time without becoming upset.

  3. Life Skills

    Functional and Adaptable! Every day proper manners, personal hygiene, money management, good stewardship of material possessions needs to be taught.

  4. Obedience to Authority

    Principals of Authority! To be in authority one must first be under authority. Authority is for accountability and order.

  5. Work Ethic

    Work=Character! Even without an education, anyone who shows up on time and works steadily will be a success and keep gainful employment. A good work ethic develops character.

Phase Two: Biblical Teachings
  1. Old & New Testament Survey

    God of All Creation! From Genesis through Revelation, let us examine the chronological events of the Bible.

  2. Church History - Judaism & Christianity

    The Chosen Ones! Let us examine Yeshua and His original plan for man upon the earth. We will discover how we get to where we are now.

  3. The Synoptic Gospels

    The Life of Jesus Christ! Let us study the life of Jesus as he walked upon the earth, setting an example of how to live a life of humility in love.

  4. How to Study the Bible

    The Need to Interpret! A good knowledge of Bible interpretation and exploration is essential to correct understanding of the Bible.

  5. Principals of Prayer & Fasting

    The Power of God Released! Knowing what can help you to draw closer to God and seeing your prayer life be more effective can increase your faith.

Semester Two

Phase Three: Relationships
  1. Establishing Relationships

    Relating By Connecting! Learning how to establish a relationship requires being nonjudgemental and being able to connect with your emotions.

  2. Keeping Relationships

    Maintaining Requires Maintenance! Anything at which you want to be a success at requires working at it. In order to keep your relationships alive you must continually invest into them.

  3. Living By Example

    You may be The Only Bible Someone Ever Reads! Once you stand up for your belief publicaly, people will be watching all that you do. A silent witness is sometimes the best one.

  4. Personal Responsibility

    Examining Yourself! Let us take a look at victimization as a result of your criminal traces. Who has been hurt and what can you do to correct the situation?

  5. Relationship With God

    Fellowship with God! In order to sustain a balance in your faith, certain aspects of your spirituality must be practiced on a daily basis.

Phase Four: Mentoring Others
  1. Mentoring Skills

    Mentoring is a Privilege, Not a Right! One must be accountable, responsible, committed, obedient and disciplined in order to be in a leadership position.

  2. Personal Growth

    Daily Assessment! A daily inventory needs to be taken and an honest opinion of oneself must be incorporated into your personal growth.

  3. Character Change

    Behavior Patterns! A changed heart and a renewed mind, coupled with absolute truths from the Bible will produce Godly moral character.

  4. Practical Application

    Self-Application! Before imparting knowledge into another person's life, be sure that you have walked the talk and set a positive example.

  5. Ministry in Action

    Go Into All the Nations! The great commandment is given to all believers. Let us examine where your assignment is right now and how you can accomplish your task.
